Villa Putera is a relatively old yet affordable high rise development located within the Putra area. Its prime location places it in a convenient situation whereby residents only need a few minutes’ walk to many nearby amenities, with some of the closest landmarks being the PWTC, Legend Hotel, and The Mall.

Villa Putera was one of the most prestigious developments for residents to call home, with some of the residents being entertainers, artists, politicians and business folk. Yet, times have changed and many of its residents have moved elsewhere, causing the investment value and rental yields of Villa Putera to gradually slow down.

Security has been beefed up so that's good news. A very convenient condominium in terms of accessibility to public transport and shopping malls. Traffic is crazy when there are events in PWTC.

I have been staying at Villa Putra Condo for some time and will not suggest to anyone since the management here is not efficient enough to run this condo. The Lift facility is so frustating that almost every day one of the two lifts will not be functioning at all... See More
and these guys dont have the shame to put that yellow coloured flux stating" we are sorry lift is not working".
Nowdays water supply gets disrupted without any notice and mangement dont bother to fix it unless they are repeatedly been notified. I havent seen a worst management like this where they behave rudely to the tenants for any complaint and often says that why we have chosen here to stay. Please dont select this one to stay.
