Amongst the many housing developments in the township of Bandar Utama is BU11, located on the other side of the SPRINT Highway. While some may complain that the homes here are in bad need of refurbishment and that its location is not as desirable as the other Bandar Utama housing developments, the house’s condition is nothing that a little refurbishment cannot fix, while there are many who prefer BU11’s location as it is by far quieter further away from the bustling of the 1 Utama Shopping Complex.
