While the immediate vicinity of the condominium is quiet, Tanjung Tokong is a short drive away from residential and commercial areas like Pulau Tikus and Gurney Drive, where residents can find scores of eateries, morning and night markets, banks, supermarkets and shopping malls.

The suburb is also near to schools and educational institutions such as the Penang Chinese Girls’ High School and Tunku Abdul Rahman University College, in addition to hospitals like the Gleneagles Medical Centre, Tanjung Medical Centre and Penang Adventist Hospital.
