D’Aman Crimson is another one of the many high density condominiums in Ara Damansara, not to be confused with D’Aman Ria. Issues that residents tangle with most frequently are parking and traffic congestion.

Prices of these homes have nevertheless increased slightly due to the Ara Damansara property boom, much to the joy of its residents. The community is a tight-knit one, with online blogs where it is a free-for-all bashing or discussion session.

whole place. The CCTVs are not working. The lifts always break down. The security guards have got numerous complaints before for simply letting people into the building, but yet no action is taken.
