Semanja is a 58-acre residential and commercial development project targeted for completion in 2022. The Semanja Park Terraces, tentatively ready by 2018, was the first section of the development to be launched. The 97 units of 2-storey terrace houses come with 4+1 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, as well as a maintenance fee of RM160 per month. There are two built-up area sizes: 2,425 sf for intermediate and end lots, and 2,605 sf for the corner units.

Each home at the Semanja Park Terraces features a wide porch where two cars can park comfortably side by side, an open living space that stretches the whole length of the ground floor, beginning with the living area to the kitchen at the rear of the house. A guest room and study area add to the flexibility of the usable space downstairs. Each of the three bedrooms on the first floor is complemented by an en-suite bathroom.

The outdoor landscape of Semanja Park Terraces reflects its concept of being a well-loved place where residents can spend time surrounded by loved ones. At the centre of the development is the 1-acre central garden, a series of outdoor spaces flowing into each other like a children’s playground, maze garden, wellness park, pocket garden, open lawn, deck and potpourri garden.

Future Semanja developments include the Semanja Garden Homes, consisting of bungalows and semi-detached houses, the Semanja Residences, a high-rise condominium, in addition to affordable housing, commercial lots and a wide 100-foot boulevard connecting the different zones.

Kajang sits on the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur, yet is easily reachable by highways like the Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (SILK), the Grand Saga Highway (also known as the Cheras-Kajang Expressway or CKE), the North-South Expressway (NSE) and Lebuhraya Kajang-Seremban (LEKAS). Other than the existing KTM line passing through Kajang, the construction of a new MRT station is also targeted for completion by 2017, making it even more convenient to get around when living in Semanja Kajang.

Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, located in Serdang and Bangi respectively – two well-known and established local higher education institutions – are also near to Semanja Kajang. Kajang has also grown into a matured township over the years, ensuring no lack of restaurants, cafes, hypermarkets, medical facilities, schools and recreation centres for residents.
