The Greens @ Subang West is a high-density condominium located in Shah Alam, contrary to what its name says. Developed by CB Land Sdn Bhd, it is expected to be completed by June 2018. There are 646 units shared between two 18-storey towers.

There are 4 layouts provided for the condominium, Type A, B, C and PH, where PH is the penthouse unit. Units have built-ups ranging from 915 sf to 1,830 sf, and is launched with prices starting from RM738,920. The units average the standard 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while the penthouse units have 4 bedrooms, 1 extra room and 4 bathrooms. All units will be provided with 2 parking bays.

The Greens @ Subang West looks to create an all-in-one setting for its tenants, with facilities covering convenience, wellbeing and social aspects. For the active ones, sports facilities such as a half basketball court, kids futsal court, cycling track, multi-purpose court, swimming pools and a gym are provided.
