Aspen Residence is a mixed development project situated in Jelutong, Penang. The project is the brainchild of local Penang developer, Aspen Avenue Sdn Bhd, which will see a single block towering 27 storeys encompassing several types of residential and commercial titles.

Residents can expect top-notch facilities at Aspen Residence. Among those are a gymnasium, swimming pool, jogging track, tennis court and round-the-clock security. Another bonus is that residents of the condominiums will be given allocated parking space for their vehicles in the 7-storey car park.
Residents will find that Aspen Residence is conveniently situated close to a range of amenities, thanks to the already established township of Jelutong. On top of that, there will be a hypermarket operating on the ground floor of the property. If the planned hypermarket within the development is not enough, there is also a Tesco hypermarket nearby. Furthermore, residents can purchase fresh produce from the nearby Jalan Perak Market while there is also a private hospital situated several minutes away from the residence, which is the Lam Wah Ee Hospital.
Additionally, several schools and kindergartens are available within close proximity of Aspen Residence, such as Smart Reader Kids Jelutong, SK Jelutong Barat, SJK (C) Beng Teik Cawangan and D’Monte Childcare. Dining will not be an issue to residents, as there are a number of food and beverage options to choose from, like KFC, Oldtown Kopitiam, Pizza Hut and several others in the area.
Aspen Residence can be accessed via two roads; Lorong Perak and Jalan Terusan. These roads connect residents to other parts of Jelutong, as well as to the frequently-used Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway. Residents only need a short drive to take them to Georgetown and the first Penang bridge. Unfortunately, traffic along Lorong Perak is heavily congested during peak hours.
