Linear park

Scarlet Villa is a series of 3-storey freehold landed houses consisting of bungalows, semi-detached homes and superlink homes situated in Taman Pauh Jaya, Prai. These houses are set amidst the lush greenery of a linear park, where residents can take walks, jog, or just sit still and enjoy the tranquility of nature.

The Scarlet Villa development offers a total of 17 units of Bouvadia bungalows with a generous built-up interior of about 4,552 sf each. Located off Jalan Baru, the trunk road in the vicinity, residents will have easy access to dozens of urban amenities, be it malls like Mydin Mall, AEON Big, Giant, Megamall and Sunway Carnival Mall, educational institutions like UiTM Pulau Pinang and Politeknik, as well as medical facilities like the Seberang Jaya General Hospital and KPJ Hospital.

The Prai industrial area is also within a short driving distance from Scarlet Villa. Residents who frequently travel to the Penang Island or even other parts of Peninsular Malaysia for work or leisure will also find the location of the development very convenient, as it is just 5km from the Penang Bridge and 3km from the North-South Expressway (NSE).
