Villa Condominium, also known as Taman Desa Relau 1, is a charming low-rise condominium complex located in Bayan Lepas, Penang. The property was completed in 1994.

The residence has several other developments surrounding it, such as Sri Angsana Apartment, Marina Tower, Pangsapuri Desa Mas Melur, Relau Intan Apartment, Taman Relau Jaya Apartment and Relau Intan Apartment.

Units at Villa Condominium feature 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with built-up sizes of approximately 750 sf. Although the 9 residential blocks are only 5 storeys high, the developer provides elevators in each block for residents’ convenience.

Being a rather old residence, Villa Condominium offers an acceptable variety of facilities. There are parking bays, a community hall, landscaped garden and 24-hour security surveillance.

Moving on to amenities, several conveniences are located within the vicinities of Villa Condominium such as the Pantai Mutiara Hospital, Bukit Gedong Food Court, a Giant hypermarket, the Bayan Baru Market and Bukit Jambul Complex.

In addition to that, there are numerous educational institutions just minutes away from the residence, like SK Seri Relau, INTI International College, Kolej Komuniti Bayan Baru, SJK(C) Min Sin, SJK(C) Chong Cheng, SJK(T) Sungai Ara and SMK Bukit Jambul.

Other locations nearby include recreational parks like the Penang International Sports Arena (PISA), Bukit Jambul Golf and Country Club and the Bukit Jambul Orchid and Hibiscus Garden.

Villa Condominium can be easily accessed via Jalan Paya Terubong, Jalan Tun Dr. Awang and Jalan Bukit Gambier. Additionally, residents just need a few minutes’ walk to catch the public busses that pass through the area of the condominium. Rapid Penang busses numbered 301, 302, 303, 704 and 306 are some of the buses that are available in the area.

The only down side about the residence is the traffic around the area. Roads surrounding the Relau area are heavily congested during peak hours due, which most for road-users frequent when commuting to the Bayan Lepas Industrial Zone.
