Pantai Jerjak is a neighbourhood of terrace units, semi-detached homes and commercial shop lots located in Batu Uban, Penang. The homes consist of units which are single- and double-storey in height while the shop lots are two storeys tall.

Despite being built many years ago, most of the freehold homes at Pantai Jerjak appear quite well-kept. Hence, the neighbourhood does not appear too messy. The shop lots are generally tenanted with businesses such as sundry shops and hawker centres.

Hence, basic amenities such as the aforementioned sundry shops and eateries can be found in the commercial blocks of Pantai Jerjak. However, other amenities are just a short drive away, with the popular Queensbay Mall being less than 5 minutes’ drive away while the nearest school is SMJK Phor Tay.

Strategically situated between Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah and the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway, Pantai Jerjak is highly accessible to and from the towns of Bayan Baru, Bayan Lepas, and Gelugor. The first Penang bridge is also within close proximity while Georgetown is merely 15 minutes away.
