Section 10 is one of the less sought after residential areas in Petaling Jaya as not only are the ingress and egress roads to this area usually congested during peak hours, the road accessing the area is also congested whenever there is a major school event at Catholic High School, the secondary school that is located at the sole entry point to the neighbourhood. As there is only one entry point and one exit point, difficulty getting to their homes is a common issue that causes much vexation to residents of Section 10.

It is very peacefull place to live with a park nearby (Taman Jaya) most of the people live in here with ageing community since it is one of the earliest residential area in PJ.
