Section 18 of Petaling Jaya is a predominantly landed property area. Located closer to Section 1 in PJ Old Town, homes here are not as sought after as homes in the Section 5 area onwards due to its less upmarket location. Its location which is also just as central is unfortunately not as convenient due to the limited number of highways easily accessed from this area.
