Golden City Condominium is situated along Jalan Ipoh in Kuala Lumpur. Completed in 1995, there are 256 units housed within the single block condominium residence towering at 37 storeys high.

Units at Golden City Condominium are available in a myriad of sizes and layouts, with the first, Type A at a snug 873 sf with a 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms layout. Type B is slightly roomier at 908 sf with a 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms layout. Type C also has a 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms layout, but is slightly larger with a built-up area of 1,160 sf. Type D is the largest of all the variants at 1,409 sf with a 3+1 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms layout.

Despite its completion many years ago, Golden City Condominium units are still available on the market with subsale prices beginning at RM370,000. Units can also be rented at about RM2,000 a month, with many of them being fully if not partially furnished.

Facilities are also aplenty at Golden City Condominium with a clubhouse featuring amenities such as a gymnasium, swimming pool, wading pool, sauna, salon, cafeteria, as well as a mini market. A covered parking lot is also provided for use by residents along with 24-hour security for better peace of mind.

Other amenities right at the footsteps of Golden City Condominium include a post office, numerous eateries, banks, convenience stores and more. Educational institutions such as SMK Maxwell, SK Sentul Utama, SK Methodist Sentul, Tafe College, Binary College, TBSA International Creative Art Academy and so on are also within walking distance of the property. The Titiwangsa Monorail station and Titiwangsa Light Rail Transit (LRT) station are also mere minutes away by foot.

There are also several major roads surrounding Golden City Condominium, such as Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, Jalan Sentul and Jalan Tun Razak, which enable ease of access to other parts of the city. However, like most properties within the city centre, traffic and noise pose problems as the roads surrounding the property are heavily travelled on a daily basis, even more so during peak hours.
