Taman Harbour View is a rather aged apartment residence located in Georgetown, Penang. The property is also known as Wisma KGN. Despite being built in 1995, the residence appears rather well-maintained.

The 10-storey single complex of Taman Harbour View houses 184 units, each with built-up spaces of around 650 sf. The apartment caters to the lower to medium income segment of the population, providing ample accommodation for individuals and small families. Facilities at Taman Harbour View are hence, only limited to a parking lot. On the bright side, there is 24-hour security with a guarded entrance.
