Though Seri Atria Apartment has its address in Shah Alam, it is actually closer to Kota Damansara, Subang and Petaling Jaya compared to the Shah Alam town centre. As such, more amenities can be found in the innumerable commercial hubs and shopping malls in those nearby towns.
Accessibility wise, major highways like the Guthrie Corridor and North-South Expressway (NSE) are a few minutes’ drive away in order to reach. Jalan Sungai Buloh and Persiaran Cakerawala are other main roads within proximity of the property, which connect to Kota Damansara, about 15 minutes away, as well as the rest of Petaling Jaya.
The homes of Seri Atria Apartment are still priced at rather affordable rates on the subsale market, beginning from just RM290,000. However, buyers should be aware that the property is leasehold. Even so, it is well-placed and has ample amenities to make the ideal home for those who are willing to overlook the fact.
