Solaria Residences in Sungai Ara, Penang, is a mixed development of condominium residences and retail shop lots within the community of One Residence. The One Residence township is a combination of landed and non-landed homes, namely double-storey terraces of Sathu Terraces, Dua Villas, and Ideal Haus, Tree Residency link homes and twin villas, and Fiera Vista condominiums. The retail outlets will mainly cater to the residents of Solaria Residences, and even those living within the other neighbourhoods of One Residence.
Apart from amenities within the compounds of Solaria Residences, other conveniences are also just a short distance away. The property, though located in Sungai Ara, is within the vicinities of towns such as Bayan Lepas, Bayan Baru, Bukit Jambul and Batu Maung where numerous eateries, banks, schools and even a Giant hypermarket (Bayan Baru) are a short drive away.
Solaria Residences is situated at a strategic point where access to the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway, Jalan Tun Dr Awang and Jalan Paya Terubong are just minutes away. These roads and major highway connect the property to the industrial zone of Bayan Lepas, the Penang International Airport, the second Penang bridge (and thus, mainland Penang), as well as Georgetown further up north.
