Riana Green East is a project development that incorporates both high and low properties in one location. Located in Wangsa Maju, the development is also known as Riana Green East KL, a green development that blends in well with its surrounding lush environment.
However, there have been complaints by residents at Riana Green East regarding the poor quality and workmanship of the developer. A resident had complained about the leaky toilet pipes and damp ceilings due to the water proofing membrane not being properly installed, while other residents are worried about the car park plaza structure as it is built on a slope.
Despite the setbacks, Riana Green East does offer stunning views of the KL city centre skyline for residents staying on the higher floors, and equally good views on ground-level for those staying on the lower floors.
