SkyVue Residence is a high-rise residential development set to grace the skyline of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As its name suggests, the residence towers at 22 storeys high, offering unimpeded views. One of the main features of SkyVue Residence is the Sky Garden perched on the rooftop, enabling panoramic vistas of the bustling city below, the blue sea beyond and even the majestic Mount Kinabalu. The considerably low-density SkyVue Residence ensures utmost privacy, with altogether, only 200 homes ensconced within the single complex. The Penthouse units make up the two top floors, with a choice of 2 duplex layouts and 3 standard penthouses. Type P1 and Type P2 are the duplex variants, with built-up spaces of 3,254 sf for the former and 3,174 sf for the latter. Both accommodate 3+2 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The duplex units have large balconies on the upper floors, making the ideal spot to savour the views. Although Type P3, Type P3A and Type P5 only have one floor, they offer an impressive 4+2 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Type P3 is the most spacious of the 3, at 2,656 sf with an additional bathroom, while Type P3A is at 2,547 sf and finally, Type P5 is 2,626 sf in built-up space. These penthouses on the other hand, have 2 balconies.

Apart from the luxury of unhindered views, SkyVue Residence offers indulgent facilities as well. A fitness centre, jogging track, reflexology path, and outdoor sports facilities are available at the Sky Garden, along with landscaped gardens and a sky lounge for residents to unwind. Other facilities can be found on the ground floor, such as a swimming pool, jacuzzi, wading pool, barbecue area, children’s playground as well as a fish pond. There is also a function room which residents can utilize.

SkyVue Residence is within reach of innumerable amenities. Situated within proximity to various established commercial hubs in the area, there are restaurants, cafes, eateries, convenience stores, hair salons, and more just along Jalan Pintas Penampang where the property is situated off. Schools nearby include SK Bahang, SMK Bahang, SMK Datuk Peter Mojuntin.
