Taman Klang Perdana is a small, low-density neighbourhood located in Klang, Selangor. The development consists of single and double-storey low-cost terrace houses, with built-ups from 1,300 sf onwards, as well as commercial shop lots. Each residential unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and will be a suitable place to consider for working adults and small to medium sized families.

There are a few sets of facilities located within the small neighbourhood, placed right in the middle of the homes. The facilities mostly provide a place for recreational activities to take place, while there is also a large field available, suitable for events to be held. The said field can be converted into two football fields, and there are a number of multi-purpose courts located at one end of it.

To add, within walking distance, tenants can find a row of shop-offices that mainly run industrial-based businesses, along with workshops and restaurants. The Sungai Kapar Indah Industrial Park is also located nearby. Apart from that, townships like Taman Kelana and Taman Klang Utama will be able to provide residents with restaurants, banks, service centres and various shops; Setia Alam is also located nearby, with the likes of Setia City Mall and a few other hypermarkets housed within.

In terms of connectivity, Taman Klang Perdana can be reached via Jalan Kapar, which is one of the road networks that allows access to nearby states. The Shapadu Highway is also another alternative to access the residences, which subsequently connects tenants to other townships such as Petaling Jaya and Subang Jaya via the Federal Highway.
