Laman & Bayu is residential development located in Puchong, Selangor. The project was completed in 2014, consisting of 72 townhouses and semi-detached units within a gated and guarded community. Literally translated to “garden or lawn” and “breeze”, Laman & Bayu is a neighbourhood which offers residents just that, with a picturesque park and landscaped gardens amidst cooling greenery.

The homes of Laman & Bayu are freehold tenure, with a pleasant and modern facade exuding sophistication. The townhouses are set to debut in the coming phases while the semi-detached homes have been completed. There are 2 types of semi-detached homes at Laman & Bayu, both spacious and at least 2 storeys in height. Type A units have built-up spaces of 2,672 sf with an offering of 4+1 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The larger Type B units are even more expansive with 2.5 storeys and 3,958 sf of indoor space. These larger units have an impressive 5+1 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms layout. The homes also have wide porches able to park 2 cars.

The family-centric homes at Laman & Bayu also come with added features for convenient living, with broadband-ready features, and air-conditioning to main parts of the home, such as the living and dining spaces. The semi-detached homes also come with spacious private gardens, making the perfect scene for family barbecues on the weekends or a space to just enjoy nature as a family.

Laman & Bayu homes are priced on the higher end, given their location in Puchong and within a gated and guarded community as well as their spaciousness. Both Type A and Type B of the semi-detached homes were launched at prices beginning from a little over RM1 million up to RM2.4 million. Needless to say, the homes show potential for appreciation in value, with subsale prices of the homes beginning from at least RM1.3 million these days.

Just minutes away are the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), the North-South Expressway (NSE), the North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE), the Putrajaya-Cyberjaya Highway as well as the South-Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) and Maju Expressway (MEX). With that, the heart of both Petaling Jaya and KL city is about 30 minutes from the development, while Cyberjaya is slightly nearer, about 20 minutes away. The Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and KLIA 2 are also a mere 30 minutes from Laman & Bayu.
