TRIO by Setia is a one of the looked-for integrated development project by SP Setia Bhd. It is currently being build on 5.5 acres of prime land in Bukit Tinggi, Klang facing the main artery road, Jalan Langat, running through Klang town to the new township of Bukit Tinggi.

Slated to be completed by the end of 2021, TRIO comprises 788 units of serviced apartments spread across three blocks, 42 units of commercial shops and a retail podium. Block A and Block B is under phase 1 launching, which consists of 396 units on a total of 46 storeys and 220 units on a total of 38 storeys, respectively. Whereas, Block C under phase 2 launching consists of 172 units on a total of 31 storeys. All units come with 2 to 4 parking bays.

Prices of this development range from RM405,000 to RM853,000. It has various layout designs to cater for single to young couple and family. From Type A1 (656 sf) and A2 (624 sf) with 1+1 bedrooms to Type B1 (915 sf) and B2 (861 sf) with 2+1 bedrooms. Family may opt for Type C1 (1,216 sf), C2 (1,108 sf), D (1,248 sf), E (1,248 sf), or F (1,313 sf), which has 3 or 3+1 bedrooms, with a balcony.

Occupants of TRIO by Setia would have access to a number of facilities. This include a wading pool, viewing deck, yoga deck, gymnasium, playground and multipurpose hall, just to name a few. On top of that, in terms of ventilation and privacy considerations, the residential blocks are staggered to reduce overall massing with a maximum distance between blocks to minimize visual invasion. Plus, the residential units are oriented north and south to diminish solar gain.

Apart from that, the development features a comfortable dwelling just a stone’s throw from nurturing and informative educational institutions, a commercial hub, a huge shopping mall, a medical centre and a wide range of top-notch amenities to cater to the residents’ lifestyles.

TRIO by Setia is accessible via the Federal Highway, Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS), New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and the North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE). Furthermore, the 200 meters covered walkway to LRT 3 Tesco Bukit Tinggi station is an added plus point for its residents.
