Floris @ Setia EcoHill is one of two types of superlink houses in the Setia EcoHill development. First launched in 2013, the master development is situated on a freehold land parcel of over 670 acres in Semenyih, Selangor. When it is fully complete, Setia EcoHill is poised to become a self-contained township with facilities for working, studying, playing – and of course, for living.

The built-up sizes of the 82 Floris superlink units start from 2,563 sf. They are divided into two types – B1 and B2, each with 4+2 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and separate wet and dry kitchens. Both types have a similar land size of 23.6 ft x 76 ft.

However, they are also different in a number of ways. Type B1 has a distinctive orange sunscreen frame on its facade inspired by camera shutters, while type B2’s more subtle facade design incorporates horizontal lines and deep overhangs.

Inside the house, type B1’s first floor layout is more open-plan, while type B2 does away with the family room, replacing it with an additional annexe connected to the master bedroom. This space can be used as a baby’s room for a young family or a study room when the children have grown older.

One of the highlights of the master development is the 350,000 sf 360° Club House. Offering panoramic views of the township, it will feature an Olympic-sized pool as well as facilities like a gym, sports courts and a grand dining venue. The surroundings of Floris are a good environment for families, as more than 10% of Setia EcoHill has been set aside for beautifully landscaped greenery.

Travelling from the gated and guarded Floris to other parts of Klang Valley is simple. The EcoHill Link connects the development to major roads and highways like the Kajang-Seremban Highway (LEKAS), Cheras-Kajang Expressway (Grand Saga Expressway) and the SILK Highway. Places in the southern side of Klang Valley are easily accessible, such as Kajang, Semenyih, Bangi and Cheras.

Nearer to home, there is a Tesco within close proximity of the development, while the Semenyih town centre is just about 6km away. Residents of Floris can also chose from various private and public schooling options nearby, including the Tenby International School, University of Nottingham, German-Malaysian Institute (GMI) and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM).
