Viridian is a completed gated and guarded development in Taman Cheras Idaman, Bandar Sungai Long. Its properties were launched in two phases – the first comprising 52 three-storey semi-detached homes, and the second consisting of terrace homes.

The homes are set amidst wide avenues, with the semi-detached corner units designed with a personal lap pool each. Regular semi-detached homes range from about 5,100 sf to more than 5,900 sf. Each home has 5+1 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a pond, terraces, and porch space for three cars to park side by side.

Family members who enjoy nature and peace will also appreciate Viridian’s location further away from the hectic (and often congested) city centre. The semi-detached homes can be occupied by larger or multigenerational families, while the 30 two-storey townhouses of the second phase, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, are more suited for smaller families.

Despite its distance from Kuala Lumpur, there are ample amenities situated close to Viridian. Residents can send their children to schools like Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) Bandar Sungai Long, SK Taman Rakan or Cempaka International School, and shop at AEON Cheras Mahkota, Mahkhota Walk, the Econsave supermarket or AEON Big.

For medical concerns, they can visit the Columbia Asia Hospital, which is about 7km away via Jalan Sungai Long. Moreover, expressways like the Cheras-Kajang Expressway (CKE) and Kajang SILK Highwayy, nearby major roads, conveniently connect Viridian with other parts of Klang Valley.
