Legasi is an upcoming development of commercial shops, offices, as well as serviced residences located in Putra, Kuala Lumpur. Given its proximity to the city centre and the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC), the development is evidently geared towards businesses and working professionals.

Slated for completion in 2020, Legasi will house 639 serviced residential units, 43 retail lots, and 83 office units, all within 2 blocks each towering at 43 storeys high. Details of the residential units have yet been released.

Facilities at Legasi will also be world-class in its own right, with an infinity pool, wading pool, and gymnasium. The community and multipurpose hall as well as barbecue area on the other hand, are ideal spaces for entertaining guests or hosting corporate events and even family get togethers. To add, the grocery store also conveniently caters to the needs of residents and tenants while the cafe and herb garden are great spaces to unwind.

Beyond the doors of Legasi are countless amenities, ranging from conveniences stores, eateries, restaurants, banks, schools, educational institutions and more. The Kampung Baru Medical Centre is also not too far off while schools in the vicinities include SK Kampung Bharu. The Suria KLCC shopping mall is also just a few minutes’ drive away, where even more amenities can be found.

Details of pricing have yet been made available. However, given the proximity of Legasi to the iconic twin towers and the city centre, prices will be expected to be on the higher end. The property is a worthy consideration for investors looking to rent out their properties, given that it may be very appealing to professionals working in KL as well as businesses.

Accessibility wise, Legasi is connected to the extensive network or roads and lanes within the city. Jalan Kuching and Jalan Tun Razak are the 2 main roads closest to the development, which also connect to a range of other roads like Jalan Syed Putra, Jalan Pudu, Jalan Damansara, Jalan Sultan Ismail and more.
