Decorating the skylines of Ampang Hilir is the new M Suites, also known as M Suites @ Embassy Row; a luxury serviced apartment. Previously known as Ampang Hilir 233 and owned by Fraser & Neaves (F&N), the project was taken over by Mah Sing and was hence renamed.

It is said that M Suites’ closest competitors in Ampang Hilir is Embassyview, which is distinctly much more exclusive than M Suites. M Suites is nevertheless still a gem in the city centre and is much desired for its premium location.
