CasaView @ Cybersouth is a collection of landed homes located in the Cybersouth township in Dengkil, Selangor. The development is located on the peripheries of Cyberjaya and Putrajaya, making it highly accessible to these locations, even if its location on paper may suggest otherwise. Expected to be completed in 2018, the development will see the establishment of 530 terrace units.
The homes of CasaView is the next phase, after the success of the GreenCasa phase before it. Demand has been encouraging for more of these homes, with the CasaView phase offering several types of spacious double-storey homes. The homes come in 2 layout choices, Type A and Type B (intermediate units), as well as Type A1 and Type B1 (corner units), and the Type A2 and Type B2 (end lot units).
The Type A is sized at 1,959 sf, followed by Type A1, at 2,166 sf. The Type A2 is sized in between, at 1,971 sf. The Type B variants on the other hand, are larger, with the intermediate Type B at 2,434 sf. The Type B1 and Type B2 have 2,702 sf and 2,463 sf of space respectively.
The resort-style Cybersouth is surrounded by greenery, where the CasaView homes are inviting and pleasant. The township takes pride in its 25-acres Central Park and Community Clubhouse, while the back-lane linear garden of the CasaView precinct offers facilities amidst nature, with paths for jogging or taking a stroll as well as equipment for recreation. Security and safety is also assured with perimeter fencing and guarded entrance to the neighbourhood.
Amenities near Cybersouth are aplenty, where residents of CasaView will have shopping malls like D’Pulze Shoping Centre, IOI City Mall, AEON Equine Park, and more just minutes’ drive away. Schools such as the Nexus International School, ELC International School, SJK (C) Dengkil, SMK Dengkil, as well as universities in Cyberjaya are also close at hand. Some renowned institutions nearby are the Lim Kok Wing University, Multimedia University (MMU), and Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences. Hospitals, namely, the Putrajaya Hospital and Serdang Hospital are also not too far off.
Accessibility wise, CasaView @ Cybersouth has access to a number of major roads and highways, of which include the Cyberjaya-Putrajaya Expressway, the Damansara Puchong Highway (LDP), North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE), the Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (SILK), the North-South Expressway (NSE), and the South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE). With that, Cyberjaya is just about 10 minutes’ drive away, while Putrajaya is under 20 minutes’ journey. KL city is only a short 30-minutes drive away, while the road to KLIA is also not too long. In addition, Putrajaya Sentral is 7.8km away, where the Express Rail Link (ERL) connects to KLIA and KL Sentral in 15 minutes.
