Vantage Point is a condominium located in the central location of Desa Petaling close to Kuchai Lama, located close to a number of highways. Although these homes are on the older side, they are valuable for being situated in a coveted area which has scarce land left for development. While dedicated to the lower middle income bracket, the facilities in this condominium are very well maintained while the majority of the homes are very well cared for.
Residents of Vantage Point have however had issues with their strata title, as one block of the condominium sits on freehold land while the other sits on leasehold land. As the land needs to be amalgamated before the strata titles can be handed out of which a premium has to be paid to convert the land title, the residents’ hands are tied as the developer refuses to make the payment. Due to this, the subsale market for this condominium has been shaky as many buyers are wary of this issue.
