Taman Cenderawasih is an exclusive, low-density neighbourhood located in Seremban. It consists of semi-detached homes, bungalows, and some commercial lots.
The homes within this gated and guarded neighbourhood have ample space allowing residents to personalize according to personal preferences, thus adding to the exclusivity of the neighbourhood.
Taman Cenderawasih is located at the edge of the Seremban township, neighbouring the likes of Mambau and Seremban 2. There is an evident lack in amenities within the neighbourhood itself, but its proximity to the aforementioned neighbours balance it out. The main hospital in the area, Hospital Tuanku Ja’afar is also located nearby in case emergency situations arise.
Taman Cenderawasih can be easily accessed via the Seremban-Port Dickson Highway. One can also reach the neighbourhood with the North-South Highway (NSE), which is connected to the previously mentioned highway. Apart from that, the place is also a potential investment choice, thanks to its distance from Nilai, the education hub of Negeri Sembilan, as well as Selangor, where places like the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), Putrajaya, and Cyberjaya can be reached in a short amount of time.
