Razak City Residences is a development of serviced residences located in Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur. The project is an undertaking to redevelop the Razak Mansion public housing, which has been around since 1962, launched by then Prime Minister, Yang Amat Berhormat Tun Abdul Razak.

The development will span across 22 acres of leasehold land, with several blocks which tower at 48 storeys tall. Aside from the 5,748 units of serviced residences, there are also 121 units of shop offices at Razak City Residences. The development is slated for completion in 5 years time.

Razak City Residences will offer 2 layout types, with homes that cater to individuals, married couples, and families. The Type A is sized at 800 sf, which is ideal for working professionals, as well as their spouses. The 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom units are also rather affordably priced, beginning from RM389,000. The Type B2 is a little more spacious, enabling families 1,045 sf of space for comfortable living. Units of this variant have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and thus, are just slightly more pricier at rates from RM509,000.

Every unit at Razak City Residences will come with a parking bay, while home buyers will also have the choice of buying the homes semi-furnished. The semi-furnished homes will come (at a cost of about RM30,000) with finishes like kitchen cabinets and hob and hood in the kitchen, wardrobes in the bedrooms, ceiling fans and air-conditioners, water heaters, shower screen, along with other electrical appliances such as a washing machine, fridge, and television.

Razak City Residences also provides basic, though ample facilities to its residents, which include a swimming pool, gymnasium, children’s playground, and 24-hour security with CCTV surveillance. Maintenance fees are also set at a minimum, just RM0.13 psf a month. In addition to the facilities, the shop lots within will also provide a number of conveniences for residents.

Amenities are aplenty within reach of Razak City Residences. Families with school-going will find the development’s proximity to schools, namely, SJK (C) Tai Thung, SK Jalan Sungai Besi 1 and 2, and SJK (C) Confucian highly convenient. On top of that, the AEON Taman Maluri, Sunway Velocity Mall, IKEA Cheras, the Kuala Lumpur city centre, and Mid Valley Megamall are all under 7.5km from away.

Accessibility is the strong point of Razak City Residences, where it is strategically located opposite the site of the future Bandar Malaysia development, where the KL Terminal of the High Speed Rail (HSR) between Malaysia and Singapore will be located, along with a Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station. Existing rail connectivity is by Light Rail Transit (LRT) and the Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM), with the Salak Selatan LRT and KTM station within walking distance of the property. The extensive network of roads and highways in the vicinities also translates to great connectivity, with the residence located just off the Sungai Besi Highway (Besraya), the Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Expressway, and the East-West Link Expressway, while the North-South Expressway (NSE) is also reachable from the property.
