Platinum Splendor Residence is a residential development located in Kuala Lumpur. The condominium will comprise of 3 complexes, where each will tower at 32-storeys high, housing a total of 600 units of RUMAWIP homes and 1,400 condominium homes within. The development is slated for completion in December 2020.

RUMAWIP homes will be occupying Block A of the residence.These homes offer a comfortable 882 sf of space, with a 3-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms layout which is functional and flexible for individuals, married couples and families alike.

The 2 other complexes at Platinum Splendor Residence house an array of layout types and sizes. There are the Type B units, which come in built-up spaces of 926 sf, with a layout of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a limited number of Type B1 units, which are slightly larger at 1,152 sf, though exact details of its layout is not known.

The Type C and Type D range of condominium units at Platinum Splendor Residence are for those who covet more space, where the layouts of 3+1 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are ample for a family of 3 or 4. The Type C units are 1,065 sf in built-up space, while the Type D is slightly more spacious at 1,184 sf. In addition, there are also the more exclusive Type C1 units which are 1,431 sf in size, as well as the single unit of Type D1, which is the largest of all the variants, at 1,550 sf.

The RUMAWIP units at Platinum Splendor Residence are ideally suitable for first time homebuyers, with a price of just RM300,000. As for the other condominium units, their prices are within the medium to higher range, though relatively worth the space they offer, ranging from RM420,000 for the 926 sf units to RM600,000 for the 1,550 sf homes. Not a good choice I would say. 1 of the block is RUMAWIP. The facilities of the condo is only a few more than the RUMAWIP. Nothing impressive, but the price is more than 100k difference.
