D'Villa Botany is located in the midst of the cosy, yet bustling town of Kota Damansara. One of the earlier phases developed in the D'Villa establishments, the residential area gives off a sense of luxury thanks to the bungalows and linked bungalows developed.

D'Villa Botany's houses have a built up of a minimum of 4,000 sf, which means the lots are spacious, and provides for those with big families, or those who just love to have a lot of room to walk around in. D'Villa Botany is a gated and guarded community, so residents can be assured of around-the-clock security.

However, D'Villa Botany does have its drawbacks, especially with its ease of commuting. The only highway that is nearest to the area is the North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), and could be a problem for those travelling out to work, especially during the peak hours. Nonetheless, the blows have been softened with the abundance of amenities nearby, with Sunway Giza, Encorp Mall, and schools such as SK Seksyen 11 Kota Damansara.
