Koi Suites is a service apartment that is estimated to be completed by the year 2020, and is another project by Masteron Sdn Bhd, well known for the other Koi projects around Puchong. Koi Suites will be located close to the newly completed Koi Prima, also by the same developer.

There are 2 types of units at Koi Suites, namely the Type E1 and Type E2. Type E1 is the larger unit, dubbed corner units. This unit type has a built-up of 839 sf, and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Type E2, are intermediate units, where each has a built-up of 742 sf, and will offer 2 bedrooms, a study and 2 bathrooms. The built-up may be small, but it does provide a cosy environment for tenants. The units of Koi Suites have a launch price which starts from RM390,000, undeniably an attractive price point for first-time homebuyers and working professionals.

Residents of Koi Suites will be provided with a plethora of facilities, where 2 parking spaces are allocated to each unit. Koi Suites will also be equipped with a multipurpose hall for events and recreational purposes, housing 2 indoor badminton courts. A gymnasium and sauna will also be for the indulgence of residents. There will be a reading room and games room with a snooker table for tenants to enjoy as well. Also included on the list of facilities are a swimming and wading pool, as well as a surau for Muslim residents and guests.

Koi Suites will be within reach to a large amount of amenities, and the Puchong city centre is only a 15 minutes’ drive away. An AEON BiG hypermarket is close to Koi Suites, and the Giant Bandar Puteri hypermarket is only a 10 minutes’ drive away. Tenants of Koi Suites will also have access to Columbia Asia Hospital, and a number of financial institutions, such as a Maybank, and Hong Leong Bank which are in the area. For those who seek recreational activities, Tasik Prima is close by, while the Kinrara Golf Club is about a 20-minutes drive away. Koi Suites will also be in close proximity to a number of schools, namely the Taylor’s International School and MAHSA College.

Puchong Prima, the general zone which Koi Suites is located in, is linked to the greater Klang Valley, which will prove to be a big selling point. Koi Suites has easy access to 3 major highways, the South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) and the Elite Highway, which subsequently leads to major cities such as Subang, Bandar Sunway, Kuala Lumpur, and even the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) in Sepang.
