Ceylonz Suites is an office building located off Persiaran Raja Chulan, in the heart from Kuala Lumpur City. A development by EXSIM Group of Companies, the single block tower is 39 storeys high, and will be completed in the year 2020.

Ceylonz Suites comes with 3 layouts, Type A, B, and C. Type A is a dual-key concept office space with a built-up of 587 sf, while Type B and C are the standard office units, with built-ups of 411 sf and 348 sf respectively.
