Pavilion @ Bukit Jalil City is a shopping mall located in Bukit Jalil City, a township still in development by Malton Sdn Bhd in collaboration with Ho Hup Sdn Bhd that is slated to be completed by 2019. The project will be the second edition to the first Pavilion, located in Kuala Lumpur and will be managed by the same team that manages Pavilion Kuala Lumpur.

Pavilion @ Bukit Jalil City with 2,000,000 sf of total retail space will act as the anchor of Bukit Jalil City, which will consist of residences, serviced recidences and a commercial lot. Being under the same management of Pavilion in Bukit Bintang, investors can look forward to a development of luxury and class in Bukit Jalil, a place that is constantly growing due to its location in the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur.

Pavilion @ Bukit Jalil City has been placed in a strategic location, being surrounded by already completed developments, as well as upcoming ones, which means constant flow of visitors and customers into the shopping mall is guaranteed. Apart from the amenities provided within Pavilion @ Bukit Jalil City, there are nearby amenities that are easily accessible from the shopping mall, such as commercial lots in Bandar Kinrara, Sri Petaling and Taman OUG, which are all less than 15 minute’s drive away.

The development will also have access to a steady flow of public transportation, as it is less than 10 minutes away from both Sri Petaling and Bukit Jalil Light Rail Transit (LRT) stations.

The five highways are the Maju Expressway (MEX), the KESAS Highway, Bukit Jalil Highway, Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Highway, and the Kuala Lumpur 2nd Middle Ring Road (MRR2), all less than 30 minutes away from Pavilion @ Bukit Jalil City.
