Menara UP is a commercial development located in Old Klang Road, comprising of offices and retail units. The 20-storey one-tower building has units with built-ups from 860 sf and was completed in 2015.

The development comes with multi-level carpark, hence tenants need not worry about lack of parking space. The office building also includes a hotel, enticing investors to purchase a unit in order to cater to the hotel crowd.
