Bandar Universiti Seri Iskandar is a township developed by Hua Yang Sdn Bhd. The township is still in the midst of completion, but offers a number of property options such as bungalows, semi-detached and cluster semi-detached units, terraces, and shop offices. The township has grown quite significantly since its installation and still has a few projects that are ongoing.

The built-up of the units start from a decent size of 850 sf, and the highest units has 3 storeys. The township has properties with launch prices starting from RM175,800, and subsale prices from as low as RM228,000, while rental price starts from around RM650, as at 2017. The township caters to a lot of the demographics in the surrounding the area, thus having a mixture of commercial, luxurious, as well as basic units.

There are a number of amenities proposed in the townships, such as a Mydin and a Perodua 3S Centre that are due to be completed in 2017, and a few more. Right outside of the township about 5 minutes away, is a Tesco Hypermarket, where tenants can go for grocery shopping. D Mall Billion Bandar Seri Iskandar is only a 3-minute drive away from the township. There are also a lake and promenades to be built around the township for residents to carry out recreational activities. Bandar Universiti Seri Iskandar is close to 2 major universities, namely Universiti Teknologi MARA and Universiti Teknologi Petronas, which are 5 and 14 minutes away respectively from the township.

Bandar Universiti Seri Iskandar is a middle-point for people travelling from Ipoh to Lumut and vice versa. This has been made possible due to the availability of the Ipoh-Lumut Highway, which runs through the township. The highway can be easily accessed by residents with an exit that links to the township.
