Kemensah Residency is a low density housing development built on both sides of a road with an impasse at the end of the road in Kemensah. Neighbouring the development are Kemensah Mewah, Prima Ukay, Pesona Villa, and Prima Villa. Kemensah Residency comes with two types of homes known as Elegant and Classic with varied sizes and layouts but are spacious in terms of its porches and courtyards. The reception for Kemensah Residency was successful with contemporary but practical designed homes. However, as the MRR2 is the main road leading into the area, residents will have to contend with traffic on a daily basis.
