Jalil Sutera is one of the considerably newer planned housing developments in Bukit Jalil, which is sought-after for the fact that it is landed property in a prime location. Previously called Jalil Grove by the developer, this project was temporarily delayed but was eventually completed.

Its maintenance fees are considered to be on the high side for only security guards who according to residents do not do their jobs well, resulting in constant break-ins. This development was originally supposed to have a mini clubhouse, which was last rumoured to have been converted into a low-rise apartment instead.
