Bangi and Kajang, the price is considered reasonable, suitable for small families and students.
There are also facilities for the residents of Hijauan Heights to enjoy. Swimming and wading pools are equipped within the condominium for recreation. There is a multi-purpose hall that can be used for social events. A gym is also included in the facilities; and for children, a playground is provided. Also provided is a kindergarten, which will be convenient for working parents looking to send their children somewhere close.
One thing to note here is that the condominiums are located nearby two major institutions in the region, which are the German Malaysian Institute and University Kebangsaan Malaysia, taking up many acres of land within the area. That being said, there is a lack of nearby amenities, but to some, it would be just enough. Residents will have to make a short drive to find nearby amenities such as restaurants, banks, clinics and more. However, further ahead is the township of Bandar Baru Bangi, where a wider choice of amenities is located.
Apart from GMI and UKM, there are a healthy number of school choices which are close to Hijauan Heights, most of them are based in Bangi. Schools that are nearby include Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Jalan Tiga, Sekolah Kebangsaan Jalan Empat, and Sekolah Kebangsaan Bandar Baru Bangi.
Living in isolation does mean that the traffic situation is less of a problem to deal with. To make thing sweeter, the UKM KTM station is just a stone’s throw away. To add, the condominium has easy access to the North-South Highway (NSE) as well, via the Jalan Bangi route.
