Ken Damansara 1 which is also known as just Ken Damansara, is the first of the three condominiums in the Ken Damansara project. It is very much talked about in a good way, with excellent maintenance fees collection channeled towards the maintenance of the building.

There are however a few complaints that the soundproofing is not so good as residents are sometimes able to hear what is going on next door, while there is also the occasional complaint that the workmanship is not up to standard with a few voicing their displeasure that small cracks can be seen on Block B of the condominium.

Sufficiently comfortable living in a prime area bar the peak hour traffic congestion. Worth a look if you're on a budget of RM 700k range. Do take note of the traffic jam and lack of car park lots.

There is only on road access to the condominium via the Sprint Highway which is usually jammed during rush hour especially when it rains. The positive is that cars driving in are mostly the residents' so it's more secured. Jalan SS2/72 is permanently blocked by a... See More
barricade but motorcyclists, cyclists and pedestrians can still cross over via a ramp. Being within a 200m walking distance to Tropicana City Mall is a big plus especially when it comes to groceries. Restoran Ibrahim Maju is open 24 hours so midnight snackers can hop over if they are feeling hungry. There are 3 bars - Brussels, Smores and Sam's Place - within walking distance so practioners of 'No-Drink-And-Drive' will be happy to note that home is just 5 mins away on foot. There are many young couples with children living here but it remains a quiet condominium. The tenants are also pretty decent. The pool and gym are well-maintained.
