Nilai Vision City is located in Putra Nilai, and is a mixed development that will be the first urban city in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. Developed by GD Holdings, it will comprise over 3,300 residential units, a theme park, a convention centre, a mall, and a university.
The development’s current phase involves a serviced residence, named Nilai Youth City. The development will consist of 4 towers, with units having built-ups ranging from 460 sf to 1,008 sf. The residence, based on the sizes, vary from being a standard residence to a studio apartment. This particular development will also house a hotel and the mall designated for Nilai Vision City.
Apart from the retail shops, there are also tonnes of facilities for tenants to enjoy, which also include the theme park that will be within the development. Each residential tower will also have rooftop gardens, and there will be over 40 facilities for residents to make use of during their time in the residences.
Being located in the “golden triangle” of Nilai, it will be a part of the bigger picture to the future of the area, with plenty of developments coming up in a matter of a few years. Come June 2018, tenants will be able to enjoy the largest AEON mall in the region and the Sime Darby Trading Hub. It is also within walking distance from Tesco Nilai and Giant Hypermarket Bandar Baru Nilai, and this will give residents options and variety when it comes to shopping for their daily needs.
When the development is completed, there will be retail outlets that can house amenities such as banks, restaurants, service centres, offices and shops that will be within residents’ fingertips. Apart from the nearby amenities, there are commercial centres located at Bandar Baru Nilai accommodating similar set of amenities. Nilai Vision City will also be part of a very dense academic area, with over 28 universities nearby, of which include Manipal International University, INTI International University, and Nilai University College, just to name a few.
There will be no problem getting to the development as well, as there are over six highways linked to the area. This includes the North-South Highway (NSE), the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), Maju Expressway (MEX), Kajang-Seremban Highway (LEKAS) and the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP).
