Latania is a development located within Twin Palms, Bandar Sungai Long, it is a project spearheaded by Lum Chang. The development consists of 3 storey semi-detached and bungalow units. It is also a low-density residential area, having only 28 units, 26 being semi-detached units and 2 bungalows.

The residence has 5 different layouts, 3 for semi-detached units, SDU1, SDF1 and SDF2, and the remaining 2 for its bungalow units, BU1 and BF1. Semi-detached units are priced from RM1,811,000 while the bungalows from RM3,003,000. The units have a built-up ranging from 3,371 sf to 4,052 sf, and average 4 bedrooms, 2 utility rooms and 5 bathrooms. The BU1 unit has an advantage, with a large garden space, and a car porch that can fit up to 6 cars.

Located within Twin Palms, Latania gets to enjoy an array of facilities, located at the Orinico Clubhouse, which is shared by other developments within Twin Palms. The Sungai Long town centre is also nearby, packed with similar set of amenities. The township also has a commercial centre consisting of restaurants, banks and service centres. Schools that are nearby include Sekolah Kebangsaan Kantan Permai, and the Hulu Langat Community College.

Using the Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (SILK), residents will be able to reach the development easily, much thanks to the exit which is right outside of it. Another option to reach Latania is via Persiaran Saujana Impian, which is also a bypass to Semenyih.
