The Address is the latest project in Taman Desa spearheaded by Maxim Holdings. The development is a condominium consisting of two towers, standing at 37 storeys tall. There will be a total of 376 units within the two blocks, which are named Alexandrite and Sapphire.

The two towers will have units with 3 different layouts, Types A/A1, B/B1 and D/DL. Type A/A1 units have a built-up of 1,118 sf, coming with 3 bedrooms, 1 extra room and 3 bathrooms. Unit B/B1 is slightly larger at 1,366 sf and has the same number of rooms as Type A/A1 units. The largest unit is Type D/DL at 2,319 sf, it houses 3 bedrooms, 1 extra room and 4 bathrooms. The units have a launch price from RM650,000 onwards, suitable for young working adults as well as small to medium sized families.

The Address will have 3 floors dedicated for facilities, residents will have a swimming pool to cool off in, as well as a jacuzzi at the pool deck. There is also a gym for fitness junkies to go to, instead of having to brave the busy Taman Desa traffic to go to a fitness centre. The Address is located strategically to be easily accessed via the East-West Link Expressway, convenient for residents who are working in Kuala Lumpur. Another alternative of access is the New Pantai Expressway (NPE). These two major highways also connect residents of the condominium to other townships such as Kampung Kerinchi, Kuchai Lama, Old Klang Road and OUG.
