Wisma Consplant is a commercial development located in the heart of Subang Jaya. The project consists of corporate offices which has a built-up ranging from 700 sf to 12,000 sf, and are able to accommodate businesses of various nature. The project was completed in two phases, named as Wisma Consplant 1 and 2.

Located strategically in the SS16 area, the office towers have access to a huge number of amenities and Subang Jaya’s landmarks. Two of the closest amenities are Subang Parade and Empire Shopping Gallery, which house various restaurants, shops, banks, service centres, cafes and more. The two malls provide meal and entertainment options for those who are working in Wisma Consplant.

Apart from that, it is also close to SS15, which also stores a wide variety of amenities. The neighbourhood houses top notch academic institutions, such as the Sri Kuala Lumpur International School, INTI International College Subang Jaya and Taylors College Subang Jaya. Residential areas that surround the office building also translate to higher chance of recruitment for businesses.

Wisma Consplant also has access to a few major highways in the Klang Valley, giving one the convenience of travel. The highways are such as the Federal Highway, the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), and the KESAS Highway. Via the said expressways, other townships such as Klang, Shah Alam, Damansara, Kelana Jaya and Puchong can be easily reached. Apart from that, the Subang Jaya Light Rail Transit (LRT) and Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM) station are within walking distance for those who commute via public transport.
