The Customs, Immigration and Quarantine (CIQ) building, one of the main gateways to Singapore, is located within walking distance, which makes travelling to Singapore very convenient. It is also a stone’s throw away from JB City Square, where residents can do their shopping and enjoy the entertainment options within. There are also various commercial areas nearby which supplies amenities such as restaurants, convenience stores, mini-marts, and government service offices.
As stated, the serviced apartment is placed close to the border, making access to and from Singapore even more convenient. This is also due to the Jalan Singapore - Sultan Iskandar CIQ JB route, as the highway also connects to the Johor Bahru East Dispersal Link Highway, an alternative route to reach V @ SummerPlace.
