Laman Midah is a modern and stylish development located in Taman Midah next to Taman Jaya. Laman Midah is seen as a suitable option for busy working professionals who want to come back and relax after a hard day’s work. However, there are mixed reactions from existing residents as well as new buyers.
Some residents complained that units in Laman Midah are difficult to rent out as one of the residents’ unit has been broken into four times and Prisma Perdana nearby is priced lower. Another resident complained about leaky pipes in his unit that needs fixing. But there were other residents who feel that Laman Midah is a quiet place with good security.
