Alila² is a luxury condo development located in Tanjung Bungah, Penang. The project, spearheaded by Hunza Properties Berhad, consists of 2 towers, the highest soaring at 34 storeys, the buildings house 270 luxury condominium units in total. Standing 223 m above sea level, the project emphasizes a lot on Feng Shui, its location above the sea mixes the element of land, sea and air, ensuring constant flow of energy that gives positive impact on the wellbeing of its residents. The development is also an eco-friendly building, with the developers meeting the Green Building Index certification (GBI) with its T5 light fittings, as well as water efficient fittings. The development is estimated to be completed in 2018.

Alila² offers 9 different unit layouts, Types A, B, B1, C, D, E, F, G and H. The units have built-ups ranging from 1,905 sf to 5,789 sf. The largest unit, Type H, is a duplex housing 6 bedrooms, 2 utility rooms and 7 bathrooms. Other units have 5 bedrooms, a utility room and 6 bathrooms, except for the smallest Type D unit, which has 3 bedrooms, 1 utility room and 3 bathrooms. Prices range from RM1,906,000 onward, it is suitable for foreigners looking for a Malaysian property to purchase under the Malaysia My 2nd Home (MM2H) programme.

Alila² aims to create a holistic environment up in the hills for its residents with the facilities installed in the premises. The usual set up of a swimming pool and a wading pool is welcomed by a pool lobby, and an aqua gym within the area. There is also a standard gym, paired with a fitness and yoga deck for various workouts to take place. An indoor and outdoor jacuzzi is also included in the condominium.

For social gatherings, there is the sky gourmet unit, multipurpose hall and a barbecue area that can be used. There is a commercial hub nearby the condominium, which is mostly made up of restaurants. The town centre, on the other hand, provides more variety, ranging from beaches, clubs, shops, banks, a post office and landmarks such as the Tanjung Bungah Floating Mosque. The Straits Quay Marina Mall is also located nearby, just a short drive away from the development.

The condominium can be easily accessed via the Jalan Tanjung Bungah federal route, which also connects residents to other townships within the state, such as Georgetown, Tanjung Tokong, and Batu Feringghi.
