Amverton Links’ facilities are centralized within the clubhouse built in the compound. The clubhouse comes with a swimming pool, where tenants can spend some time cooling off, or just have a good time with family and friends. There is also a gym present, facing the swimming pool. Being a gated and guarded residence, security would be less of a concern to residents.

Located in central Klang, amidst other residential developments, residents will have hassle-free access to all sorts of amenities, other than guaranteed peace and quiet. There is an NSK Trade City where shopping for bulk products and groceries can be done, also within a close radius is an Econsave Hypermarket, which allows for more variety. Amverton Links is also located close to an industrial park, where offices and workshops can be found. Also nearby the residence is a commercial area, which houses amenities such as banks, offices, service centres and restaurants.

One of the major highways that connects to Amverton Links is the KESAS Highway, and within the township, the link homes can be reached via the Jalan Sungai Jati route. The route also connects to other major townships in Klang, such as Bandar Bukit Tinggi.
