It is located within walking distance to the Old Klang Road Post Office and the Old Klang Road Wet Market. It is also only a short drive away from a commercial area that houses many restaurants, service centres and offices.

Apart from that, the Kuchai Lama town centre is not too fair away as well, with a business have doubling the set of amenities compared to the one nearby. Another plus point is that Taman Desa is also close to the condominium, where the Taman Desa Medical Centre is located.

The Hermington can be easily reached via a number of highways, such as the New Pantai Expressway (NPE), the Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Highway (KLS), Sungai Besi Highway and the Maju Expressway (MEX). This network of highways not only allows easy access from townships such as Putrajaya, Puchong, Seri Kembangan, Petaling Jaya and Seri Petaling, it also allows convenient commute to the townships. Traffic may be a bit of a headache in the area, but it has a transportation alternative in the form of Pantai Dalam Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM) station.
