M Suite is the latest development to be located in Bandar Menjalara, Kuala Lumpur. A project spearheaded by VST Group of Companies, it will consist of 2 serviced residence towers housing 202 units, with 130 units in Block A and 72 in Block B. The development is estimated to be completed by 2020.

There are a variety of layouts being offered in the serviced residence, with built-ups ranging from 460 sf to 960 sf. The smaller units have a set-up of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, while the mid-sized units have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The largest unit in the residence has 3 bedrooms, 1 utility room and 2 bathrooms. With a launch price from RM311,000 onwards, the place is suitable for working adults, as well as small to medium-sized families.

M Suite has a few facilities to give its tenants a complete living experience within the concrete jungle. The facility floor has a lot of greenery to bring back a touch of nature, whilst residents can enjoy the city skyline with the variety of themed decks and lounges that are within the floor. There is also a swimming pool and a wading pool included, and children can enjoy the playground that is specially catered to them. Located in the middle of a bustling town, the residence is made safe with a 3-tier security system.

M Suite sits itself at the centre of the Bandar Menjalara town centre, which means that there is a guaranteed ease of access to a large number of amenities within the area. The serviced residence is surrounded by eateries, a few shops and clinics. There is also a Tesco Hypermarket within a short walking distance, where tenants can go to for entertainment and shopping for daily needs. It is also close to Desa ParkCity, where more amenities can be found.

The serviced residence can be easily reached via the North-South Highway (NSE) and the Jalan Kuala Selangor federal route. Through the highway as well, M Suite's residents can reach other townships like Kepong and Damansara. Located between heavily densed neighbourhoods, tenants can find transportation alternatives in the form of the Kepong KTM station.
